Information you provide

Information collected automatically

Technical information. We collect certain device and network connection information when you access the Service. We also collect service, diagnostic, and performance-related information, including crash reports and performance logs. We automatically assign you a device ID and a user ID. When you sign in from multiple devices, we use information such as your device ID and user ID to identify your activity across devices to give you a seamless sign-in experience and for security purposes.

Our website uses its own cookies to improve your browsing experience and the services offered through our customer service platform, to be able to identify language, the pages that are visited and their frequency; Minimal, non-personal, non-sensitive information is stored and is not subject to sale to third parties, so its use is not optional. Payment information. When you use payment services on our website, we transfer your payment via a secure connection to a third-party provider (usually PayPal). For apps offered on the App Store, Apple's own payment mechanisms are used, and any payments or donations are made solely through "In-App Purchases" (IAP).

How long we keep your information

Keep in mind that there is no account or profile "deactivation" policy for the specific case of our mobile application, so information retention periods DO NOT APPLY when prioritizing your right of use and privacy, so if you decide to delete your profile, you will be doing so in an irrepressible manner along with your information and history without being able to subsequently claim or take any action for the loss of said information.

Where we store your information

The personal information we collect from you may be stored on a server located outside of the country where you live. We store the information we collect on secure servers provided by our provider INTERSERVER.

Where we transfer any personal information outside the country where you live, including for one or more of the purposes set out in this Policy, we will do so in accordance with the requirements of applicable data protection laws.
